Step 1: Prep
Pick flat, clean materials (paper/PVC/PET/waterproof stickers);
Use ≥300DPI designs (text ≥1.5mm) and matching foil (e.g., low-temp for plastic).
Step 2: Set Up
Load labels, adjust feeder to avoid jams;
Import designs, tweak position (≤0.3mm deviation);
Set params: Paper (100-120℃, 3-5cm/s); Plastic (80-100℃, 2-3cm/s); Waterproof (110-130℃, 4-6cm/s).
Step 3: Test
Stamp 1-2 labels; check clarity/adhesion (no peeling); adjust if needed.
