Amydor digital foil printers use "digital plate-free technology"—converting designs to high-temperature stamping signals via computer control, transferring foil to substrates precisely. No plate-making is needed, and operation takes 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Prep Equipment & Materials
Power on the printer, preheat 5-10 minutes to preset temp;
Prepare clean, flat substrates (cards, labels, etc.);
Install foil on the reel, thread through guide wheels (stamping side facing substrate).
Step 2: Import Design & Set Params
Import designs (AI/PS/PDF) via USB/wireless;
Preview, adjust position (0.1mm precision) and size (10%-200% scaling);
Select preset params by material: Temp (paper 80-120℃, plastic 60-100℃, leather 100-140℃), pressure (0.1-0.5MPa), speed (2-6cm/s).
Step 3: Test & Calibrate
Test-stamp 1-2 substrates; check clarity, adhesion (no peeling), and position;
Adjust: Raise temp/lower speed for blur; increase pressure/change foil for peeling.
Step 4: Bulk Stamping & Shutdown
Load 50-100 substrates for auto bulk stamping.
After use: Power off, wipe residual foil from the channel/head, store foil properly.
