Amydor card hot foil printing machines (e.g., Series 360) are optimized for card products such as business cards, membership cards, and greeting cards. The operation process is simplified and precise – even beginners can master it in 10 minutes, easily achieving high-quality card foil stamping.

Step 1: Equipment & Material Preparation

Connect to power, start the Amydor card hot foil printing machine, and preheat for 5 minutes (default temperature 100℃, adjustable according to material);

Prepare cards to be stamped (e.g., coated paper business cards, PVC membership cards) and ensure the surface is clean and oil-free; install compatible foils (gold, silver, etc.), fix them on the foil reel, and pass through the guide wheel.

Step 2: Design Import & Parameter Setting

Import card design files (logos, text, patterns) via USB, preview on the touch screen, and adjust the position (supports up/down/left/right fine-tuning with 0.1mm precision);

Set parameters according to card material: Paper cards – temperature 100-120℃, speed 3cm/s; PVC cards – temperature 80-90℃, speed 2cm/s (the machine has a built-in parameter library for direct selection).

Step 3: Test Stamping & Bulk Stamping

Place 1 card, click "Test Stamp", and check the stamping effect (whether text is clear, whether foil peels off); if blurred, increase the temperature appropriately;

After passing the test, place bulk cards in the automatic feeding table (up to 50 cards at a time), click "Bulk Start", and the machine will automatically complete feeding, stamping, and discharging. The process can be monitored through the observation window without manual supervision.

Step 4: Equipment Shutdown

After stamping, turn off the power, wipe the stamping head and feeding channel with a dry soft cloth to remove residual foil scraps; remove the remaining foil and store it in a sealed container to prevent moisture.
