1. Prep Tools & Materials
Tools: DIY hot foil printer (A6/A5 size, 300 DPI), computer with design software (Canva/CorelDRAW).
Materials: Blank cards, hot foil rolls, USB cable.
2. 4-Step Core Process
Design: Set canvas to card size  in software; add text/patterns.
Printer Setup: Thread foil (shiny side up) into the printer;  set temp (120-160℃) and low-medium pressure.
Test & Print: Load a scrap card for test alignment; then load 5-10 blank cards, press "Start" for auto-feeding and foiling.
Finish: Let cards cool; add handwritten messages or small stickers  for extra warmth.
3. Key Tips to Avoid Mistakes
Use cards ≤3mm thick (thicker may jam).
Choose quality foil (cheap foil peels easily).
Always test print first to save materials.
