Foil stamping on labels and stickers can significantly enhance product recognition and high-end feel. With Amydor digital plate-free foil printers, efficient stamping can be completed without professional skills. The core process consists of 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Preparations – Confirm Materials & Design

Select compatible label/sticker materials (paper, PVC, PET, waterproof stickers, etc.) and ensure the surface is flat and wrinkle-free;

Create foil patterns (logos, text, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.) using design software (PS, AI, CDR) with a resolution ≥300DPI and minimum text size ≥1.5mm to avoid detail loss;

Prepare corresponding color foils and ensure compatibility with the label material .

Step 2: Equipment Debugging – Precisely Set Parameters

Place labels/stickers neatly on the feeding table of Amydor digital plate-free foil printer, adjust feeding width and pressure to avoid jamming or deviation;

Import design files via the touch screen, preview pattern position, and fine-tune alignment parameters;

Set temperature and speed according to the label material: Paper labels 100-120℃, speed 3-5cm/s; Plastic/PVC labels 80-100℃, speed 2-3cm/s; Waterproof labels 110-130℃, speed 4-6cm/s.

Step 3: Test Stamping & Calibration – Ensure Qualified Results

Conduct 1-2 test stamps first, check for pattern clarity (no burrs or missing prints), adhesion, and position accuracy;

Adjust parameters if the effect is unsatisfactory: Increase temperature or decrease speed for blurriness; Increase pressure or replace foil for peeling; Recalibrate feeding parameters for deviation.

Step 4: Bulk Production – Efficiently Complete Stamping

After passing the test, start bulk production mode. The equipment will automatically complete the entire process of feeding, stamping, and discharging without manual supervision;

Conduct regular spot checks during production (1 piece per 50 pieces) to ensure consistent results within the batch; After production, clean residual foil scraps in the equipment to keep the feeding channel clean.
