When printing shops handle thick material gilding (e.g., 400-600g rigid wedding invitations, 500g thick cardboard gift boxes, or 350g luxury business cards), ordinary gilding machines often produce defects: insufficient pressure means the gold foil doesn’t stick fully, leaving “white spots” on the pattern; low precision (150-200DPI) makes small text (like “Handmade” or contact info) blurry; and inflexible pressure settings damage delicate thick materials (e.g., embossed cardboard) by leaving indentations.
The 360B/C/D series Gilding Machines are optimized for these challenges: their adjustable pressure system (0.5-2kg/cm²) lets users tweak settings based on material thickness—for 600g rigid invitations, set to 1.8kg/cm² for full foil adhesion; for 350g embossed cardboard, lower to 0.8kg/cm² to avoid indentations. Their 300DPI high-precision print heads ensure that even 2mm small text or fine lines (like lace patterns on invitations) stay sharp, no blurring. The series also uses heat-resistant gold foil compatibility, so it works with standard metallic foils (gold, silver) and special foils (matte gold, rose gold) without melting or warping the foil.
